Twelve days of eating your way through three capitals, with a food guide who knows which stall makes the best noodles and which one only looks busy.

Two cooking classes, a market breakfast and an evening scooter tour are included; the rest of the menu is up to you.

Itinerary

1. Days 1–4

   The first capital

   Night markets, a cooking class and a river dinner.

2. Days 5–8

   The second capital

   Morning market, scooter food tour and a day on the coast.

3. Days 9–12

   The third capital

   Temples, a second cooking class and a farewell feast.
