Privacy Policy
How this website treats your data
Only what is needed, nothing optional without your consent, and never sold to anyone.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. Who is responsible
This website is run by Drago Katić (Drago Katić Development), Serbia, the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described here, referred to below as the site owner. Contact: info@dkd.rs.
2. Approach
- As little data as possible is collected, and only for a clear purpose.
- Optional analytics and marketing tools are switched off until you allow them.
- Personal data is never sold, rented or traded.
- You can change your mind at any time.
3. What data is processed
When you get in touch. If you use the contact form, send an email or call, the site owner receives the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message. The contact form is processed on this website’s own server and delivered to the site owner by email; it is not passed to any form service. This information is used only to reply to you and, if you agree to work together, to carry out that work.
When you visit the site. The site runs on its own hosting account with a professional hosting provider. It is built from custom code and serves its fonts, images and scripts itself, without content delivery networks or other external services, so your visit is not shared with anyone unless you allow the optional tools described below. Like any web server, the server records technical data, such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested, in logs kept for a limited time and used only to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
When you download a plugin. The file comes straight from GitHub, where the plugins are hosted; this site only counts the click – which file and on which day, nothing about you.
Optional analytics and marketing. Only if you allow it, the site uses tools that show how it is used and measure the results of its promotion. These tools may collect general information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with the site.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site groups them as follows:
- Necessary – remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser’s local storage). Always on, because without it the site could not respect your choice.
- Analytics – Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which provide statistics about visits and site usage. Loaded only with your consent.
- Marketing – Meta Pixel, which measures the results of promotion on Facebook and Instagram. Loaded only with your consent.
Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the button below or the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The demo pages linked from this site do not use analytics or marketing tools.
5. Third-party services
The following providers may process data on the site owner’s behalf or as independent controllers. Their own privacy policies explain what they do:
- The hosting provider (web server and email delivery of the contact form) – processes data only on the site owner’s behalf, to run this site
- Google Analytics (analytics, with consent) – Google Privacy Policy
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics, with consent) – Microsoft Privacy Statement
- Meta Pixel (marketing, with consent) – Meta Privacy Policy
Links to social networks, GitHub downloads and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.
6. Legal basis
Optional analytics and marketing tools are used only on the basis of your consent. Messages you send are processed to answer your inquiry and to prepare or perform a contract with you. Technical data needed to run and protect the site is processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
7. How long data is kept
Data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose: correspondence for as long as the communication or cooperation requires, or as long as the law requires, and analytics data for the retention period set in the respective tool.
8. International transfers
Some of the providers listed above are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, mostly in the United States. Where data is transferred, it is protected by the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- receive it in a portable format,
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to info@dkd.rs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults and does not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles data changes, for example when a new tool is added, this page will be updated and, where needed, you will be asked for your consent again.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data are welcome at info@dkd.rs.
